The Blue Nymph is our house built in 1890. This blog is about our journey to living "the simple life": homesteading, homeschooling, & so on, all the while living in a house that wasn't made for "modern living" & likes to fight back. It's a rambling blog on a rambling path because that is how our lives are, but it all intertwines eventually.
As of August 12th we have "Harvested" 47 1/2 pounds of produce. Since our garden isn't producing as much this year, we're supplementing (and counting as part of the harvest) with home-grown goodies from the Farmer's Market. Just because you can't grow your own doesn't mean you can't Keep the Harvest!
